| 1. Scheduling your appointment |

Appointments of ½ hour duration or more are confirmed prior to the scheduled visit. Appointments that cannot be confirmed will not be held. It is therefore advisable to provide us with your most accessible contact number. |

A 50% deposit is required when scheduling any package or treatment exceeding one hour duration. This deposit is fully refundable should notice of a cancellation or alteration be given at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. |

| 2. Cancellation of Appointment |
|
Your treatment time has been reserved especcially for you, however we understand that sometimes you need to change your appointments. In the event of a cancellation or alteration of an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice so as to give us the opportunity to fill the allocated time. |

Less than 24 hours notice or failure to keep an appointment (no show) will result in a 50% cancellation fee being charged to your credit card. |

| 3. Arrival |
|
Please ensure that you arrive on time so that we can provide your complete treatment and avoid inconvenience to other clients. |

| 4. Rebooking |
|
We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving in order to guarantee your service when you need it. |

| 5. Gift Vouchers |
|
When using a Gift Voucher, failure to keep an appointment (no show) or failure to give 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling will render the gift voucher void. |
|
Gift Vouchers are NOT redeemable for cash. |
|
Gift Vouchers are void after expiry date. |
|
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months. |

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Diners and EFTPOS. |
|
A surcharge applies to all card transactions both Credit & Debit. |
